🤝 Our Partner: SH Express Transport Inc

SH Express Transport Inc is our carrier partner, responsible for transportation operations, driver management, and freight movement. The company utilizes the SH TMS Dashboard and SH TMS Driver App as part of its daily workflow for communication, document submission, load visibility, and driver coordination.

GH365 Dispatchers LLC (operating as GH Technology Group) is the technology and innovation company that developed and provides the SH TMS ecosystem. GH365 supplies the software, automation tools, and platform infrastructure used by carriers, including SH Express Transport Inc.

 ⚠️ Clear Separation of Responsibilities

While we share a dedicated tech platform, both companies remain separate legal and functional entities:

• SH Express Transport Inc uses the SH TMS DRIVER platform to operate its own carrier workflow, including communication with its own drivers and owner‑operators.
• GH365 Dispatchers LLC / GH Technology Group strictly provides the software infrastructure, platform stability, and ongoing feature development.
• Both companies operate independently with separate business responsibilities while maintaining a professional partnership.

 📞 Communication Support

As part of our partnership, SH Express Transport Inc may serve as a secondary point of contact for new users who cannot reach GH365 during high‑volume or after‑hours periods. This support is strictly limited to communication assistance and is provided solely to help new users connect with the GH365 technical team.
